Brights stuck off ~ Floor dimmer?

I read the how-to but I still dont understand. It also seems like its for the cars that have brights stuck on. How do I install it?

It sounds like your dimmer stalk
is not functioning.
Do you have a tilt steering wheel?
If so - hardware can come loose
which causes an incomplete tilt
range disabling the dimmer.

-If people drove any slower
they’d be going backwards-

Sorry about that, I completely forgot to mention that I know why they wont work, and yes that is my problem. But what I wanted to do is the floor dimmer mod, but the write up doesnt exactly apply to me (or so I think). So I was wondering if someone could tell me how to do it on my car.

Ok Im looking in the Haynes manual and from what I understand there is a switch with an input (yellow), and with an output for low (tan) and hi (light green) beams. If Im correct; where are the wires actually located or where is the best place to tap into them? Or do I have to go into the steering column to get to the tan and lt green wires?

If you remove your knee-pad from below the column and look up on the top of your steering column, on the right side you will see a connector that is long and has many wires.... You will find the wires you are looking for....
