Alright my rear defroster wasnt working but the switch would light up with the lights on but the defroster light would never come on. so i pulled it out and clipped the switch down. i checked the back and i wasnt getting any voltage. so i turned the lights on and tried again and i got about 14 volts on the four connectors. is the defroster only supposed to work with the lights on? if not how can i fix it.
