Re: where can i locate an ignition wire?

How much power does it draw?
The pink/black wires that you'll find all over the place are fused with 20A I think. Or how about taking it straight from a terminal in the fuse box? There are both constant 12V and switched 12V outlets there.
Wiring diagrams can be found at autozone.

Re: where can i locate an ignition wire?

ok thanks i'll take a look into it

im not sure how much power just knwo its made to be installed in cars and requires 12v ground and ignition signal cuz its a smart power supply that is supposed to slowly turn on/off teh computer so i'm guessing it needs the ignition wire to get that reserve power so teh computer isnt instantly unplugged so to speak
