Where does this connector go?

Can someone tell me what this connector is for??
I am doing a TPI swap on my 87 Camaro. The wiring harness is from a 88 Camaro. Both 305 engines.

Since I don't have cruise control then I will just have to leave this alone then. It doesn't fit on the wiper motor. The connector on the harness that goes to the Wiper motor doesn't fit on my wiper motor either. Mayby the wiring harness is for a Camaro with Interval wipers?..I have only Low and High and Manual wiping.
