ive got a spark after the coil i tested with a spark plug looks weak but im getting no spark pass a new distributor and rotor.. any ideas i was having problems with my ignition not cranking the car over so ive been thinking the switch at the bottom of the steering colum ,but how much spark should i get after the coil? if it helps when i start the ignition doesnt throw the starter out sometimes and im getting the winding noise, maybe ground issue?... thnx for any reply!

Your spark does sound weak.
However fix the starter problem first because you will need to crank the engine many times while repairing and testing the ignition.
The pinion might not be retracting properly.
Check for damage/worn/replace the starter/parts and fix that first so you won’t damage the flywheel.
Then repost on the spark problem.
