im not sure if its a common problem or not and i dont think that it is but i have a 350 700r4 swap into my car and the guy i bought it off of did a sh$%y wiring job and idk if that has something to do with it but i was driving today and i noticed that everytime that i turned my wipers on that the transmission would up or downshift (not sure) and would bogg my motor out and i could just watch the gas gauge go down. the economy sucks and i need as good of gas milage as i can get and with that happening i am just wondering if there is something that i can do to fix that or is there nothing that i can do accept not use my wipers
