LED's behind the original yellow guages
I'm planning on putting LED's into my gauge cluster but I was wondering if anyone had any pictures of what it looks like behind the original clusters with the yellow numbers. I've seen the white clusters but I'm worried that if I use my black and yellow cluster it will just make blue led's look green, red look orange ect.. If anyone has any pics that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

FWIW, I put red LEDs behind the gauges of my 89 with white numbers, but the tach has yellow and red bands. On the tach, the numbers and yellow & red bands all look red.
Not sure how it would appear on your 91 since the light is dispersed differently behind the gauges.

Dang. Thats what I was afraid of. Well, I saw all those white gauge overlays and figured maybe there would be black ones with white numbers out there somewhere but no luck. But I did see this and thought it might be worth the money. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Parts-Accessories_Car-Truck-Parts-Accessories__1982-89-CAMARO-GAUGE-SET-WITH-CUSTOM-DASH-INSERT_W0QQitemZ290299025664QQddnZPartsQ20Q26Q20AccessoriesQQadiZ2865QQddiZ2811QQadnZCarQ20Q26Q20TruckQ20PartsQ20Q26Q20AccessoriesQQcmdZViewItemQQptZMotors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories?hash=item290299025664&_trksid=p4506.c0.m245&_trkparms=72%3A1171|65%3A12|39%3A1|240%3A1318
Thought that was cool.
Well now that I have the gauge cluster out for no reason, haha. Anyone think putting white LED's back there would at least improve the look at all?
