i have a 92 camaro rs v8 305 (A) now thats said. at first when i went to start my car i would trun the key sometimes it would start and others it whould click 1 time and thats it i would have to trun the key back and try to start it again, then it gets even worse im having to trun my key over like 40+ times no lie so i buy a book on my car and start looking at what i need to do now when i trun my key over it clicks and keeps clicking so i check the wires to my batter all good so i remove the started scylonde and have it tested its fine so im lost guys i need some help this is my first car that im working on by my self

 

my 91 Z28 does this occasionally, not too much where it is a problem at the moment (cept when I took my girl out in it the first time, she now hates it) but anyone have any ideas?

it might be similar to my problem.

it could be the starter.

it could be the distributor. my car died one time, then after that it would rung fine for 15 mins or so, then when it got hot it'd die again.

or it could be a problem that i might have as well.
a wire touching somewhere or a bad wire possibly making a circuit or draining the battery. i went to start my car this morning and it was dead. i jumped it and it ran fine today and started up everytime after

 

Well mine doesnt die, nor has the battery gone dead....Itll run fine then I turn it off, when I go to turn it on, it will click once....after 2 or 3 times of trying to start it, it will fire right up no problem and run great again. My current guess due to I havent had time to trouble shoot, is a dead cell in the battery or Starter.

well mine dont just die on me but it dose flood out alot when im just tanking off it will flood out i'll have to let off teh gas completly or it will die and it also dose this to me not to often going down the road it has a new fuel pump a new gasgets on the tbi and cleaned so what could make my car flood out and on my other post about my starter could the problem be in my wireing im my stering colem
