I have a 91 camaro RS, origionally had a 305tbi and i just put in a 350tbi. when i turn the key to the run position the only light that comes on is the INFL REST light for some reason the check engine light doesnt come on. when i try to start the car it wont crank and i cant here the fuel pump running, if i manually trip the starter relay behind the LH kick panel it will crank. I think it has something to do with the VATS but when i hook my scanner to the car it doesnt read the computer but i check the computer and it has to the wires i checked. i checked all the fuses and all of them are fine. anyone have any ideas for what might be the problem
