Using stock fuse box

My car is in need of a re-wire desperately the guy b4 hacked at a lot of things and stuck random wires into the fuse box and ****...so here is my question: is it possible to reuse the old fuse box and run the new wires to the components? Im running a carbed car and want to strip all unnecessary wires to clean up the engine compartment a little bit. The only wires i actually have connected to the engine are the ignition, temp and rpm. Other things include power windows, rear hatch, cd player, and line locks.

Thanks Chas

Yes once you remove the wrong wires and make sure the previously owner didn’t damage/modify the old fuse box.
