SOME SENSOR??

Hey guys, is there some sensor that would prohibit a spark from being produced through the spark plug wires?? because I'm not getting any spark at all. Even when I have changed everything with my spare/old distributor setup. It may be possible that some how both pickup coils are gone... but that seems way too unlikely.

Re: SOME SENSOR??

Standard procedure:
- turn key on, check voltage on coil (pink wire)
- check voltage on white wire (if 0, bad coil/connector)
- ground white wire - if no spark, bad coil
If spark - bad distributor or plug wires.

Hope this helps.
