91'bird - 305TBI - Not seeing Fuse labled horn in my in-car fuse box ? Is the relay to the right of the steering column all that we have? No fuse Fuse diagram happens to be the only page I'm missing out of my owners manual... Bummer. Thanks --- Mike

Look for the ACC fuse.

The horn relay is the square one on the “convenience center” located inside of the knee bolster.

You will find it convenient if you are 2 feet tall.

Thank you--- Put fuse in and it sparked as though the horn was on? Still no horn. Didn't blow new fuse. Relay perhaps? You where refering to ACC as the Horn fuse, right?

Divide and conquer ♦♦♦♦♦ remove the relay and it will let you know if the problem causing the sparking is before or after that relay.
