help identifying wiering harness connector

I have a connector on my tpi wiring harness that I have no idea what it is supposed to be connected to.

any ideas?

if its a camaro and routes down near the front passenger corner i believe that connects to your fan harness

Fan harness connector? Which one would that be?

What year TPI are we talking here?

What wire colors are on it? (in order, left to right) That helps a lot with identification.

Just a stab: For the pre-90 TPI models, it looks like the connector for the knock sensor module (or as Cheby incorrectly named it "Electronic Spark Control").
However, the location is wrong since that module should be bolted to the relay bracket by the brake booster on the firewall, not on the passenger side.
