Help Me please i have a short somewhere between the cigarette lighter and my gauge fuse keep popping noticed my cigarette was throwing sparks so i replaced it still poped my gauge fuse so then i hooked up a test light turned the key and it lite up started shaking the wires around lite flicked and the sparks above the steering column and then i droped it down and had a bare wire fixed that thought i was good to go put in a new fuse turned the key on pop goes the fuse and then this morning i got in the car the cigarette lighter was throwing sparks so i un hooked it and was driving to work the smoke came up from behind the cluster panel got to work removed the cluster panel and dont see anything burnt any ideal's please
