Here you go. These are pulled from http://www.austinthirdgen.org/index.php?pid=19

They have pretty much all the diagrams posted for every system for each year.

I've attached the diagram for the headlights and headlight switch. If you need the tails and markers as well, they are at the link I posted above.

Re: need 91-92 headlight wiring diagram

OMG thank you so much for this post. I've been looking for this wiring schematic for the headlights on my 89 forever. The manual I have has all of the wiring diagrams except that one. Been having an intermittent problem with my headlights working sometimes and not other times. Most of the time not. Now I can finally run new wiring.

Yes, I know, old post... but along the lines...

The headlight switch...
Is it just a simple switch, or is it acting like a relay to handle more amps than just a "connection"?

I'm going to extend wires and use other buttons...
I'll use relay's if needed....

The headlight switch is a high-amp capacity switch. I don't believe there are any relays internal to the headlight switch. And there are no external relays for the lights as part of the OEM wiring. I would recommend adding relays to the wiring for the headlights at least. Running a separate power wire, fused of course, from the battery to the headlights through a relay really helped brighten my headlights.

If you're planning on wiring in separate switches for the lights, relays would be the recommended way to go for all the lights. However, you could use a 20 amp switch for the marker/tail lights. The headlights will require a separate relay though.
