Transmission: 700R4
Axle/Gears: Borg-Warner 3.27
ELECTRICAL ISSUES
I had a bad ecm but the power accessories all worked properly in my car before: power windows, power locks, power mirrors and Alpine stereo. Then I installed a new ecm now the power windows work but the power locks, mirrors and radio don't work. Anybody have a clue as to what could be happening?

Pocket is up to something. Check your ACC fuse under the dash, all these circuits you mentioned draw power from it.
