Power windows wont work !!! they are stuck down

I have a 1991 camaro i just installed a manual switch for my cooling fan and now my power windows wont role up i checked the fuse and that is good. Any help on trying to fix this would be great. thanks

Axle/Gears: EATON POSI 4.56

NO POWER THIS HOUR

The widows have a common circuit breaker instead of fuses.

Check the breaker for 12 volts in and out.

The breaker is located in the fuse block to the left of the steering column.

The fuse block is located behind the knee bolster inside a door which is a part a the knee bolster.
