Chapman security system alarms

I've heard this company went out of business. My problem is that i have one installed in my camaro. An i want a new key or the thing removed. Does any body have this for there third gens? its just a big battery waster, an i want to convert my battery cables to post monts but cant. Only because i have to take this device all apart. i need help. i bought a new battery from napa yesterday. An installed new bolts an had to cut off the ends of my neg and positive wires. an put new steel ends to better my battery an performance. weird post, but i heard the company is out of buisness....

Well i dont know anything about that security system but i do know anything done by man can be undone lol. What ill need from you is some general information on what your set up is like (maybe pictures would be helpful) and once i get a feel for how it works and what it does i can formulate a plan as to how to get rid of it.
