Transmission: 700R4

Axle/Gears: 2.77

Hatch motor problems

Hey guys I just got my 88 Iroc yesterday and my hatch motor doesnt work. Ive heard its very common. What do I need to do to fix the dang thing? The whole unit seems to be loose as a goose like maybe someone tried to take it out? They arent suppose to be loose are they? Anybody got any diagrams of removal and what I need to replace? Any tips?

Yes, download the instruction & repair info from TopDownSolutions on this form and they also have the parts for any repair on the hatch.
