I have a 90 Firebord Formula, and on occasion, when the idle drops low, the headlights pop up. Even when i shut the car off, the driver side headlamp will raise up anywhere from an inch to all the way up. Also, the driver's side headlight will motor will keep running for appx 8 seconds each time i turn on the headlights and when i turn them off. Any suggestions?
