fan motor differences

I am going to using the 4th gen engine compartment harness with the underhood relay center and I need to know if the radiator fan motors are substantially different between the 3rd and 4th gen. Basically, if I am using the later style relay box, and the earlier dual fan setup, will there be any problems.

Re: fan motor differences

GM used the same motor in 3rd and 4th gens as well as 90% of the other GM vehicles on the road

Your 3rd gen wiring will support the new motors or you can use the overly complex 4th gen wiring
