help with prom issue

can someone tell where i can get a prom programmed i think i need to have it done i would rather pay someone some money then buying all that equipment

i did contact them and they dont have any and suggested getting it from a junkyard

Ed Wright at fastchip.com. Best off the shelf Prom for TPI.
