fog lights

lol this car is annoying as hell. too many little details, but hey im not complaining it runs terrific.

any ideas what could be stopping the fog lights from coming on ? i push the button and it lights up as if it works but nothing comes on.

Check the connections leading to the lights with a multimeter. If its fine then its the lights, if not some wiring might have become undone.

The following may not be a bit helpful, but....:

Just some info from Jim85IROC that I thought was interesting:

From 86-on, your fog lights would work with your parking lights on and when your low beams are on. As you learned, they won't work with high beams.

BUT... in 85, in addition to many other one-year-only peculiarities, the fog lights would come on ONLY with the low beams. With just your parking lamps on, the fog lights will not come on.
