wipers only come up if hit washer
ok 1986 icoz z 5.0 tpi wiper lever new motor good off old 1986 worked fine. when i turn on the wipers they just move about 1.5 inches. if i hit wash they come up and work normally and then they just go back down to the little movements at the bottom of the windshield pls help!!!
