i have a 89 camaro rs with the 305 manual trans and it keeps over heating and i realized that the fan wont come on. so i checked the wires that go to the fan with a test light and its not getting power so i figure that its the fan relay. but i cant find it and does that even sound like the problem? does any one know where the relay is and how to test it? thanks

 

My 88 GTA has 2 fan relays, both on the passenger side. There is one mounted just under the hood lip in front of the wheel well. The other is mounted by the fan just behind the headlamp area.
