Ok, I pulled the driver's side kick panel and did not find this relay. Is there a different location on the 92?

 

Sometimes they're stuffed behind the rubber goo under the hood release cable, others are somewhat up under the dash near the steering column or ontop of the fuseblock

Keep snooping around and youll find it. If all else fails, follow the big yellow wire from the IGN switch. Its first stop is the starter relay
