The other day pulled the shifter panel up off of the center console and looked inside to see if I had any critters or objects stuffed in there from the previous owner. I found an electrical connector, not connected to anything, just sitting inside. It's tucked back approximately in front of the console storage box, sitting on the tranny tunnel beside the e-brake.

The car is an '84 Berlinetta 2.8L with a T-5. I guess I could have gotten a better look or even a picture of it, but I believe it was a 2 wire connector. Any ideas what this could be for?
