is there a trick to removing these plugs?

I'm trying to unplug that bunch of wires that go into that one big plug and the round plug just above with the antenna wires. I already tried but I'm afraid of breaking/ripping the connectors. Any tips? And what's the big one on the bottom called anyway?

that's your ECM harness, have you tried from the inside to see if there is a bolt?

Interior side there is a plastic C-clip. Pop it out and the grommet will come right out. 92s got a small screw at the top along with the C-clip. All other years only had the clip
