firebird to t/a taillights
So, I did the dash splices and the taillight harness splices and it came out fine. I'm just a little confused as to which lamps to use where? I have the two peanut bulbs duct taped to the taillights in the middle two spots. It's a little ghetto I know. It's just when I use the other lamp that works as a blinker/brake light on the second from outside spot, it blinks very rapidly and it's a little annoying. Does anyone know a simple fix to the obnoxiously quick blinking so I can use that as my other blinker/brake light. Also, what socket does everyone use as the running light in the second from inside spot. Again I'm just using some duct tape to hold the peanut bulb in that spot as well. Any ideas would be helpful, thanks.

Sorry. My car is a 91 base model firebird. I wired in the pre-91 gta taillights (grid style that has 3 parts, middle part being the non-lighted firebird emblem). I did the mod where you splice the wires under the steering wheel. As well, as I did all the splicing in the taillight harness. Hope this was able to describe what I was talking about.

Ohhh!...I just changed out the outter two turn signals and taped/sealed the unused 194 light sockets and called it a day!....so did you run a light for the firebird elblem?....I thought of doing that using a bird elblem from the 86'-89' trans am set up on the 3rd upper stopping break light?
so are the lights working propper?
