Getting 12v to coil with ignition on but loose it at start position??
I've searched and no luck. I have a carbed 350 that was running fine in my DD Formula 350. Switched engine into a 88 trans am and got wiring hooked up and try to start it up but nothing. I checked the PINK coil wire and I'm getting 12v but I loose it when I try to start the car. There is a white wire with a connector at the end next to the pink wire and I'm curious if this has anything to do with it?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Check Twice Cut Once
Did you check the C side and the + side of the primary?
