Gauge Cluster Blinker Lights
I replaced my 85 MPH cluster with a 145 mph. When testing new speedometer. The blinker lights on cluster do not work on right or left signal. I tried the 4 ways still no blinker lights on cluster. All turn signals and 4 ways on outside of car light and flash as they should. I pulled it back out and put my old cluster in except I replaced the 85 MPH with the 145 mph speedometer. This did not help my problem at all. I have removed the 85 MPH cluster before without any problem. Any help will be appreciated.

You might have caused a crack in a PCB trace to occur.
Using a voltmeter or test light (the type for testing for voltage, not a continuity tester) connect one lead to ground and use the other lead to probe the voltage from the dash connector thru the PCB traces while you have the hazards flashing.
Once you find where the power stops you can bridge that connection.
