best coil location

best coil location
just need to know where you guys are mounting your external coils pic would be great thanks. Is it best to keep it close to the dizzy.? I had my old one mounted horizontally on the right side of the firewall and it was coroded bad after one year.(prolly cause of the horizontal mount idk) So now im going to mount it verticallly and it would be great to hear some input on the different locations
