headlights!?!

i bought my car about a month ago and the fuse box is hanging from its wires because the mount is broken.
im not sure if the headlight is broken or if its just a fuse?
i dnt knw much about cars but i dnt want to pay someone for an easy fix.
could it be a bad fuse(what kind of fuse do i need?), a loose wire, broken headlight!?!
the highbeams and the fog lights work just not the low beams.

The headlights use no fuses in the fuse block.

Using a voltmeter or test light
(the type for testing for voltage, not a continuity tester) probe the pull-for-on switch.

With the switch extended see if you have power at the
red wire.

If yes, see if you have power at the
yellow wire.

Is there power both places?
