ac fuse blows when car gets hot

ac fuse blows when car gets hot
ok
so i just recently got my ac going a few weeks ago and ive noticed when the car gets too hot the ac fuse will blow out. this has happened twice. has anybody eveer experienced this before if so can you help me out? also there is a switch on the side of the carb that when the ac turns on a lil rod pushes out and hits the accelerator up a lil to help for the ac, does anybody knonw what that part is called?

Condition Of The Conditioner
Put an ammeter in line with the HTR A/C fuse.
Turn on the AC.
How much does it draw?
Idle Chatter - The device on the side of the carb is the IDLE .CONTROL .SOLENOID.
It raises the RPM when the compressor is being used.
