Car will not Start!!!

The past couple of times i have started my car, I've had trouble starting it. Now, its in my driveway and wont start at all. My dad and i have checked the battery and we have 12 volts. It seems as if there is no power getting to the starter. Can anyone help me??? My dad believes it could be the Neutral Control Switch, but isnt sure.

Might have popped a fusible link, but check the circuit to be sure

Re: Car will not Start!!!

We ended up checking underneath where the fuse box is. Turns out who ever cut the alarm out the car, put a horrible butt connector on a wire. It seems that vibration would loosen it and cause it to not start. We fixed it by trimming the wire, and properly connecting it again. Now the car runs fine, and today finally passed inspection!
