okay so i bought my car with this on it already. the 'kid' i bought it from did not have much info about the car whatsoever. but i would really like to know what the F*** this is.lol. it looks like its got a power and ground.(spliced on three wires though so idk for sure)...its completely spliced in and idk enough about the harness on these cars to make an informed decision. THANKS ALL...

Looks like a rigged in removable kill switch to me. Unplug it and see if you can start the car.
