should i even bother??
i was going to swap out my 305 tbi for a 350 but in the process the engine bay wiring got destroy. is there anyway to fix this or should i just get rid of it? i have no clue what im even doing anymore. the 305 ran but i took it all apart to get it out and then come to find out i wont be getting the 350. if anyone on here lives in the maryland area they can come pick the car up for free

The harnesses disconnect at the firewall (driver side) and at the fenderwell/footwell (pass side). Just get another harness - check the local boneyards. You should be able to just disconnect and reconnect the new harness (engine bay 1/2).

if you still like the car and want to keep it, the harnesses are relatively easy to take out and replace. you can probably find a tbi one in the classified section here on the boards for next to nothing.
