92 rs wiring

i just picked up a 92 maro and there is this spot for this big relay type thing under the dash has atleast a have dozen pins on it. i would like to know what that is for. i know its a big black relay type thing because i just went to take out a dash and noticed it on that car but was missing on mine. it would be above the gas pedal to the right a lil bit where thhere is this little fuse block any help is appreciated

Maybe It's the ALDL - the data link for the computer - there's nothing that gets plugged in.

Or it could be the connector for the buzzer - does the buzzer sound when you leave the lights on and key out?

Definately sounds like the buzzer and two other relays for the internal wiring.
