TPI harness plug identification (Alternator?)
I've been working on a tpi swap into my originally carbed car for the last couple of months, and am making some good progress.. I've figured out almost all of the wiring, but I'm not sure exactly what this plug is supposed to go to. I'm guessing it is for the alternator, because it comes out of the harness with the 1/3/5/7 injectors, and its red wire goes to the starter while the brown wire goes to the ignition. It is a different shape than the plug on my original alternator, but the plugs could have changed between 82 (original car) and 91 (new wiring harness). Does this look to you guys like a newer style alternator plug? Thanks for the help
