Horn, Dome lights and other Acc. don't work

So Im just about to finally get my project on the road and I noticed that my horn is no longer working. Niether is the dome light, power locks, mirrors, hatch pull down. I checked the fuse and thats good. It all worked last year prior to a tranny swap.

I read about the cig lighter blowing the fuse and making everything else not work but that isn't the case. The cig lighter and rear window defogger work fine.

I checked my wiring under the dash just to make sure I didnt hit something when I was putting in the new pedals during the swap and it all looked fine. I here a clicking noise when i hit the horn too. Like it wants to work and then if i pull the fuse and try it again, no clicking noise.

I just dont know where to go from here. Got to find my voltmeter and see if it all has power tomorrow.
If anyone has ANY ideas feel free to post!

Thanks

it sounds like the same problem i had...it turned out 2 b a fuse...make sure u check all the fuses...it can maybe b a relay???...i would hear the same clicking sound when i would push the horn button also...the clicking sound is the horn relay...ur may not sound bcuz the connection might b dirty at the horn connection...u might wana disconnect it and clean it and c if that makes ur horn work...it worked with mine......

I agree if the horn is clicking it isnt the fuse it is either the connection or you just need to replace the horn. As for the lights and stuff I had the same problem and after a few weeks it turned out to be just one fuse that was bad. Here follow the link below. I thnk that the problem lies in either fuse number 11 or 13 I cant remember which but when I repplaced the fuse in mine everything worked again.
