Ok first i just want to say thank for the web site it has been a tremendous help in my V6 to V8 Swap. Now down to business i swapped a V8 out of a 92 firebird in to a 86 with a V6. I'm just about done and i have a VATS Question. I know I can get the stuff to reburn the prom, but i have the donor car and have pulled the VATS module out of it. Can i wire it into the 86 so the ECM will work?

I searched the site and found the VATS info page I tested my key and its resistance is 1470 ohms. i also pulled the wire harness with the VATS module. so now i plan to wire up the VATS module in as described in the VATS info page minus the security lamp

does this sound like it will work?
