ok when i turn my fog lights on they turn on fine but then i cant turn my headlights on. Then i turn the fog lights off and the headlights turn on but dont flip up...I have to wait approx. 3-5 min. and the headlights will turn on and flip up fine! any idea? bad ground somewhere?
