speedometer battery oil and temp light dont work

i have read almost every thread about dash lights an still cant figure out whats going on. all my lights work the dome light the shifter light the turn signal lights on the dash works and the check engine light all that works but the lights for the speedometer and gauges dont work i have changed dimmer switch adjust it but they still dont light up. whats the problem with my lights? plzz help im tired of either turning the dome light on or using my cell phone as light to see my speed and everything

i have checked every fuse none of them are blown i even just replaced all the fuses to see if tht wuld help but it wouldnt its starting to **** me off lol replaced all the bubls too tht didnt help

Lights, Camera, ACTION !

Because you said all the fuses were good use a voltmeter or test light (the type for testing for voltage, not a continuity tester) and probe both sides of the INST LPS fuse.

If there is no power there check for power on the
orange wire at the headlight switch.

Then check for power on the
dark green wire at the headlight switch.

Is there power on both wires?
