neon lights

so i bought my 89 TA a month ago off my uncle who got it from his old neighbor and i never got to talk to the guy about what all the switches on the drivers side do(under the steering wheel), i attached some pictures i know ones vallet parking that kills the alarm and the center one kills the engine preventing it from starting i thought it was the AC kill switch, the third one i have no idea nor the box.

i also noticed he had neon lights on the bottom but can't figure out how to turn them on. any suggestions as to where the switch could be? if it even is one of these?

-thanks guys

PO switches cannot be identified as to function just by looking at them.

You will have to trace the unknown one.
