Ok, so I finally mustered up the courage to drop the kick panel under my dash and have a go at the cluster f*** of aftermarket alarm system wiring that some idiot cobbed in there before I owned it. Everything was wrapped in about two rolls of electrical tape and attached to the factory wires with quick connectors. Here is the tumor that I removed:
