Cables from somewhere :)

Hi,

does anybody know where those cables came from, precisely, where I need to connect them?

First three pictures shows one cable with two wires (black and yellow) with separated connector at the end.

On fourth picture you can see two cables (some ground cables), also not connected.

I don't know where to connect those cables

Car is Pontiac Firebird Trans Am GTA, 1988y, 350cid, with digital dash.

Thank you all in advance.

Best regards!

Yellow and black may be coolant temp sensor and the grounds connect to the back of the head .

No, this is not for Coolant Temp Sensor, CTS is connected and working.

Is there any "default" place at the back of the head to connect those grounds?

Thank you very much

Find a bolt, bolt grounds to back of the head. It's irrelevant where just as long as it's from engine to chassis.

If the wires are tan and black instead of yellow, it might me to the MAT (manifold air temp) sensor which, is a CTS stuck in the bottom side of the TPI plenum. You should be able to see it looking past the 9th injector. It's right next to the EGR valve.

Thanks man, I had to go out right now with battery at 9:30h PM and fit this connector. I wouldn't find this MAT sensor ever by myself, and it's almost impossible mission to fit this connector, but I did it

Thanks man a lot.

Best regards!
