Just bought a 87 Camaro today... Was driving back from guys house, and I notice he had taken out the stereo deck (which he gave to me with the car....) and wiring was everywhere.. Big spark happens and A/C and Heater stops working.. I can hear it turning on, but no air is being pushed out... Any ideas? Fuse maybe?

 

check blower fuse and blower resister. The resister is located out side on the hvac box. If the resister is bad you should still get hi speed on the blower. I have also seen the control head have a bad connection on the large brown wire that will cause your problem.
