I found this bolted in just behind the drivers side kick panel. I'm curious as to what this part is.

Sure do. Although the power mirrors and power door locks don't work through their respective buttons.
This is why I posted on this parts ID. My power door locks, power mirrors, power seats are non functioning. I already replaced fuses and that didn't do it, so I was wondering if this thing had anything to do with it.
