Re: New c100 connector and OEM color wire??
www.mouser.com

Ive found everything but the C100/C207/C221

Various sellers offer wire. You want TXL jacket for whatever size you need. 3rd gen minimum is 18ga, max is 10ga. Anything in the vicinity of fuel requires teflon coating IE TBI injectors/in tank pump wiring

Re: New c100 connector and OEM color wire??
They have the common connectors universal to TPI/LTx/LSx engines. No Fbody specific body connectors

Would if I could. Ive been hunting the info for a long time

See if the PN listed in this is valid
https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/elec...ctor-info.html

Might find it by association

In all the JY cars Ive snooped, Ive never found another body connector like whats in 3rd gens

Re: New c100 connector and OEM color wire??
I think i may have found it.

Go to Delphi site. http://connectors.delphi.com/dcsgdmcs/homepage.aspx

type in part number 12015509 or 15492519 (25 Way Black Metri-Pack 280 480 630 Unsealed Male Connector Assembly)

and 12020629 (17 Way Black Metri-Pack 280 480 Unsealed Male Connector)

and 15492518 (42 Way Black Metri-Pack 280 480 630 Unsealed Female Connector Assembly)

Re: New c100 connector and OEM color wire??
You the man!

15492519 is a good PN. Check the PDF drawing, right on
http://connectors.delphi.com/DCSGDMC...rtNum=15492519

Cant locate the rest or the C100 cover, but the engine side C100 is plenty useful. Only $3.25 each too

Re: New c100 connector and OEM color wire??
very interesting, good to see we can start with a fresh wiring setup instead of cutting up the factory harness. my setup's way too far ahead to make use now, but maybe next time i can tuck away the factory harness for future safe keeping

and 15492518 (42 Way Black Metri-Pack 280 480 630 Unsealed Female Connector Assembly)

Re: New c100 connector and OEM color wire??
BradRS, I am interested in taking a PSI Conversion standalone harness (HAR 1012) and instead of cutting my under dash wiring to hook up the 5 or so wires it needs I'd like to get a C100 and have the pins wired where needed. Would you be interested in doing this? I'd be happy to pay ya, if it makes the harness plug and play and I don't have to cut up my old harness, etc...

Re: New c100 connector and OEM color wire??
All of the information was in a PDF off of - http://www.powerandsignal.com/
One would think that I could go back and find it relatively easy... nope. I know I downloaded the PDF at home. I will look tonight in my downloads folder I'm thinking it's still in there or in my good info folder within my 1986 Camaro folder.
