altnernator wiring

altnernator wiring

im putting an alt from a 92 fbird on my 92 fbird with a 79 350 but i dont have any wiring what are the wires on the alt plug for and wat do they do?

i got it now the s on the plug goes to the stud on alternator and the L goes to the light in the dash the other wires are unused.

finally just got this all done and for those who wondered L goes to the brown wire which is also on the cooling fan relay.
